We will diagnose your issue and make recommendations how the computer should be addressed. When making our recommendations we consider how the computer is used, how many people use it and other factors.

Our Service Includes:
- In-home visit to your home or business.
- Please make sure if this is a business all clearances and special instructions are communicated via email or payment notes in advance of your appointment.
- Perform a complete diagnostic of your PC/MAC dependant on symptoms displayed and reported to us.**
- Repair of software or configuration issues after reviewing recommended alternatives with client.
- Databackup and transfer services available. Please select the Data Transfer/Backup option before adding this service to your shopping cart.
- Most people require data backup to preserve Pictures, Emails, Contacts, Music, Movies and other data.
- NOTE: Software programs that require installation are not part of a Data Backup service. These programs require re-installation if the client can provide original copies (digital or physical) with registration keys / information.
- Reinstallation of Office (if requested), and (2) additional titles are included with this service.
Client Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Client must accessories like cables and all devices (mouse/keyboard/printers/etc...) are available
- An adult aged 19 years or older will be required for the duration of the service call
- Please make sure this person is well versed on reported computer issues. We want to resolve your issue during the 1st visit, although we'll admit sometimes that is not possible.**
- We are highly interactive - we recommend someone who is authorized to make the "final installation" decisions to avoid dissappointment/errrors.
- Our installer will require access to the residence, owner permission (in case of tenant/renter), a safe working environment, electricity and space to work.
What is not included with this service? (extra fees / time applicable)
- Hardware issues and repairs of parts such as defective memory, motherboards, mice, keyboards, powersupplies etc...
- If a hardware issue is present we will work with you to present a suitable resolution and any viable options for you.
** On occassion, we are unable to diagnose the complete issue due to the intermittant nature of the problem. If we are unable to reproduce the issues while on site, we will discuss options on how to proceed. Of course we will do our best to be fair and help resolve your issue at minimalcosts.
All services must be paid for electronically in advance before an appointment time will be assigned.
