Return and Exchange Policy


  • offers a 90 day warranty on all product purchases of “NEW” conditioned products. Many items will continue to have manufacturer warranty of (up to) 12 months.
  • Defective items will be returned to manufacturer if such a warranty exists at no additional cost to the customer. Customer will wait for return of such items as per manufacturer warranty terms. Unfortunately, we can not offer " loaner " or temporary items.

  • Items deemed by as damaged or altered by client error are not subject to any warranty.


  • All used / refurbished items are subject to a 30 day warranty (exchange/credit only)

    • Items deemed by as damaged or altered by client error are not subject to any warranty.


  • All returns must be in original condition, with an approved RMA issued prior to being returned.

  • Any items returned which are not defective; will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and original shipping fees will be non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees in case of non-defective item.



Returns / RMA Procedures


If you believe your product is defective, please send us an email or use the " Contact Us " Form provided to describe the issue or concern.


  • Include the original invoice number and date of purchase
  • The description of the issue as best as you can
  • Any additional information you feel will be helpful will often try to trouble-shoot the issue via telephone prior to issuing an RMA. We do this to reduce costs and ultimately help prevent the customer from waiting for a replacement item or incurring additional, unnecessary costs. offers a 90 Day warranty against manufacturing defect from the invoice date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a product deemed to be defective and would like to request a refund or exchange, please note the following.


  • Original invoice must be provided.

  • Original packaging and ALL of its content must be present and returned including manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items. Original package must be in good condition. Incomplete or damaged returns may be refused.

  • All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment.

  • For online purchases, the return period begins on the invoice date of the items.
