Purchasing a a new TV, Audio System or Smart Home technology is an exciting yet complicated event. Sometimes installing new technology and maing it work with all of your devices isn't as straight-forward as it originally seemed. We can help you make sure everything is working the way it should be - the first time.
Once your TV is installed, it can be very confusing 4-6 remotes as the average person does. Even with the wonderful simplicity the Harmony remote offers eliminating multiple remotes to a single remote - It can still be difficult to understand how to use the SMART features or other features of yoru new technology. We will prove approximately 45 mins of tutorial time on how to use your system (one room/tv setup per tutorial)

Our Service Includes:
- In-home visit to your home or business.
- Please make sure if this is a business all clearances and special instructions are communicated via email or payment notes in advance of your appointment.
- Taking our time to help you understand the basics, and more advanced features and have you practise these functions.
- Asking questions and having you demonstrate understanding
Client Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Client must accessories like cables and all devices (with remotes) are available
- An adult aged 19 years or older will be required for the duration of the service call
- Please make sure this person is well versed on installation requirements and options.
- We are highly interactive - we recommend someone who is authorized to make the "final installation" decisions to avoid dissappointment/errrors.
- Our installer will require access to the residence, owner permission (in case of tenant/renter), a safe working environment, electricity and space to work.
It is recommended to have multiple people (if desired) present for the duration of the tutorial. This helps with remembering what to do, and generally helps the tutorial process prove to be more valuable.
