Purchasing a a new TV is an exciting; infrequent event. Sometimes installing it, and making it work with all of your devices isn't as straight-forward as it originally seemed. We can help you make sure everything is working the way it should be - the first time.

Our Service Includes:
- In-home visit to your home or business.
- Please make sure if this is a business all clearances and special instructions are communicated via email or payment notes in advance of your appointment.
- Install on a wall (drywall, plaster, concrete, stone, brick or framing).
- NOTE: We must be able to locate and use studs (standard 16" stud construction). For stone / custom finishes additional fees apply
- Neatly arrange wires and cables using wire ties - Optional: Client can provide wire molding/tracking instead.
- Basic tutorial (15 mins) to aquaint you with basic functions - and where to learn more
- Maximum 4 devices included. Additional fees apply to 5+ device installations due to complexity
- 1 or 2 piece soundbars count as 1 device. (for ex. bar+sub)
- Basic functionality testing / demonstration
- Wifi connectivity for Tv, soundbar, video game consoles, blu-ray players, apple tv and similar devices; if client is able to provide wifi SSID/Password during the appointment.
- A router reset / password change fee applies if client would like wifi enabled but does not recall pasword or reset is required.
- Full router setup and configuration is extra.
- NOTE: The reset fee is intended to gain access to wifi features, and does not involve configuration assumed or otherwise.
Client Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Client must purchase appropriate brackets and hardware in advance of scheduled appointment.
- Please have accessories like cables and all devices (with remotes) are available
- An adult aged 19 years or older will be required for the duration of the service call
- Please make sure this person is well versed on installation requiresments and options.
- It is often required to changes plans or rethink situations so we recommend someone who is authorized to make the "final installation" decisions to avoid dissappointment/errrors.
- Our installer will require the devices to be serviced to be available & on-site, access to the residence, owner permission (in case of tenant/renter), a safe working environment, electricity and space to work.
What is not included with this service? (extra fees / time applicable)- Concealment of wires
- Furniture / Stand building
- Audio systems Installation (wired / wireless)
- Wall mount brackets / hardware (standard installations mounting hardware is often included in the wall-mount box)
